JoAnn has been a stylist and salon owner in South Florida for 40 years. Originally, from the United States' southern most point JoAnn is a rare find in an ever changing culturally diverse area such as South Florida. Joann's connection to Key West spans over 5 GENERATIONS!!! In many ways a trip to Key West Salon is an educational, historical experience as well as a pampered one. It's not often you find someone that can educate you on a world-wide tourist destination with as much detail and background as Joann can. JoAnn has a lot of pride in her island upbringing and continued lineage in the Florida Keys. At one point, Joann's Uncle was the youngest licensed barber in the entire state of Florida. You see, this industry has been passed down from generation to generation in her family. The concept of "Key West" is not a marketing gimmick for JoAnn, it's a way of life.
